Amazing Sterling silver and 18k earrings set with Yowah Nut Opals and Sleeping Beauty turquoise. The Sterling Lever backs were hand crafted by our artisans and are “patent pending”. Yowah Nut is a variety of Boulder Opal Small rounded pebbles of sandstone impregnated with Precious Opal. Originally reported from Yowah opal field, Queensland, Australia. There were 3 of these so there is a pendant that matches the earrings too. The back of the earrings are stamped “750” and “925” and has our trademark (or hallmark). Item is NEW.

Every Amaroo piece has been hand fabricated (not cast), hand set, hand engraved and is truly “one of a kind”. We are an eco-friendly business and insist on the use of 100% recycled 18k yellow gold, recycled sterling silver, diamonds used in our jewelry have been repurposed from older pieces (never blood diamonds*), and the majority of our accent stones were removed from previously made jewelry items. Our Australian opals are sourced directly from ethical miners, suppliers, and lapidists in Australia. When the quality meets our standards and aesthetic we may occasionally use repurposed opals.
Note: All Amaroo items come with a warranty card, a full appraisal, and arrive in gift packaging. Our pendants all come on either an 18″ or 20″ Sterling Silver wheat chain with lobster claw at no additional charge.
*If our customers ask us to use a “new” diamond, for a bespoke piece of Amaroo Handmade Opal Jewelry™, we are committed to the Kimberley Process (KP) and will only use a KP certified gemstone.
